Over the past 7 years I have been working extensively in the Balearic Island on Ibiza.
This unique location is home to around 140,000.00 inhabitants, 30% is which are foreign nationals. These new clients are seeking to build houses as new, refurbish, their homes and invest in the burgeoning property market where the average house price is over €2m.
